I had my first mediation with Geoff recently and I found the whole day and the lead up to be seamless, especially as it was all remote. Geoff was very thorough and courteous throughout. He showed empathy when my client (and no doubt the other parties) needed it the most but also found ways of delicately pushing through the boundaries.
